Shipping policy
Processing Times (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

Print-on-Demand (POD) apparel & accessories: Usually ships in 2–3 business days.

Embroidered items: Allow up to 5 business days for stitching before shipment.

In-house / hand-finished items: Ship within 1–2 weeks.
Heads up: During launches, peak seasons, or high-volume drops, processing may extend slightly.
Shipping & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as each item leaves a facility.

If your order contains items produced in different locations (e.g., POD + in-house), it may ship in separate packages—you’ll get a tracking number for each.

Transit time begins after your order ships and is determined by the carrier/service selected at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at purchase.

If a package returns to us due to an address issue, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once an order is in production or shipped, we’re typically unable to make address changes.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, first check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier.

For damaged items or unusual delays, email us within 7 days of delivery scan (or expected delivery) and include photos/tracking details so we can help investigate.
