Fabled & Found — Returns & Exchanges

We have two different policies depending on how your item is made.

IN-HOUSE ITEMS (inventory stocked by F&F: ie. trucker hats) → Eligible for returns/exchanges per the rules below.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) ITEMS → Made to order; different rules apply (see section at the bottom).
IN-HOUSE ITEMS (Does not apply to POD)
Return window & refund type

Within 14 days of delivery: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

Day 15–30 from delivery: Eligible for store credit.
(After 30 days, returns aren’t accepted.)
Condition requirements
Items must be new, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free of odors. Returns with makeup/deodorant stains, pet hair, perfume/smoke, or signs of wear will be refused and returned to you; a reship fee may apply.

Exchanges
Exchanges are inventory-dependent. To secure your size quickly, we recommend ordering the replacement and returning the original per this policy.
Who pays return shipping?
Unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable method.
Lost/stolen after shipment
Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with neighbors/household and contact the carrier. We’ll help where we can, but Fabled & Found isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How to start an in-house return

Email hello@fabledandfound.com within the applicable window with your Order # and item(s).

We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.

Include your Order # in the package.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or store credit per the timelines above.
Returns without prior authorization, or returns that don’t meet the condition standards, may be refused and returned at your expense.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) ITEMS ONLY
Because POD products are made just for you shortly after purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. All sales are final on POD items. POD Items include shirts, sweatshirts, embroidered baseball hats, tanks, phone cases, blankets, and glassware.
If there’s a problem with your POD order
If you receive the wrong item, a misprint, or damage in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
