Fabled & Found — Shipping Policy

Processing Times (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) apparel & accessories: Usually ships in 2–3 business days.

  • Embroidered items: Allow up to 5 business days for stitching before shipment.

  • In-house / hand-finished items: Ship within 1–2 weeks.

Heads up: During launches, peak seasons, or high-volume drops, processing may extend slightly.


Shipping & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as each item leaves a facility.

  • If your order contains items produced in different locations (e.g., POD + in-house), it may ship in separate packages—you’ll get a tracking number for each.

  • Transit time begins after your order ships and is determined by the carrier/service selected at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at purchase.

  • If a package returns to us due to an address issue, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once an order is in production or shipped, we’re typically unable to make address changes.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, first check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier.

  • For damaged items or unusual delays, email us within 7 days of delivery scan (or expected delivery) and include photos/tracking details so we can help investigate.


Where We Ship & Rates

Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on destination, item type, and carrier availability. Some products may ship from different facilities.
