Fabled & Found — Privacy Notice

We care about your trust. This Privacy Notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our site, place an order, or otherwise interact with Fabled & Found.

1) Information we collect

  • Contact & Account: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number.

  • Payment Details: payments are processed securely by our providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We don’t store full card numbers.

  • Order Info: products purchased, totals, discounts, shipping method/preferences.

  • Marketing Preferences: your email/SMS opt-in status and interactions with our messages.

  • Reviews & UGC: content you choose to submit (e.g., product reviews, photos).

  • Device & Usage: IP address, browser/OS, pages viewed, and on-site actions collected via cookies, pixels, or similar tools (e.g., Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel—if enabled).

2) How we use information

  • Orders & Support: to produce/fulfill your order (including via print-on-demand partners), process payment, ship products, and answer questions.

  • Store Improvements: to analyze site performance and make the shopping experience better.

  • Marketing (opt-in only): to send emails or texts about new drops, promotions, and updates.

  • Legal & Security: to prevent fraud, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations.

Cart reminders & cookies (SMS): Our site may use cookies to remember items in your cart, including when a cart is abandoned, so we can send a reminder by SMS if you’ve opted in. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from the “sharing” described below and are not disclosed to third parties.

3) When we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only with trusted service providers who need it to operate our store, for example:

  • E-commerce & Payments: Shopify/Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • Production & Shipping: print-on-demand and fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify/Printful) and carriers.

  • Marketing & Communications: email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript/Attentive) to send opted-in messages.

  • Analytics: Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and similar tools.

They receive only what’s necessary to provide their services and must protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition).

4) Your choices & rights

  • Emails: unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.

  • Texts: opt out by following the instructions in our SMS messages.

  • Cookies: control cookies in your browser settings; note some features may not work without them.

  • Access/Update/Delete: contact us to view, correct, or request deletion of your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).

5) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above—such as fulfilling orders, providing support, maintaining accurate records, and meeting tax/accounting/legal requirements.

6) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. While we use encryption and secure systems where appropriate, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7) Wholesale & marketplaces

  • Wholesale (e.g., Faire): If you buy through a wholesale platform, that platform’s privacy policy applies in addition to ours.

  • Marketplaces (e.g., Etsy): If you purchase via Etsy, Etsy’s privacy policy governs that transaction; we receive the details needed to fulfill your order.

8) Children

Our site isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this notice periodically. The newest version will be posted here with the effective date above.
